About me

Caroline began her spiritual path through meditation, which brought her awareness of the importance of our actions, both towards ourselves and others. Through the practice of asana, she discovered the profound connection between the body, mind, and nature.

Driven by a deep desire to help students experience an encounter between the self and the whole, she guides them on the mat with grounded principles of intention.

She believes in finding the divine in the details. Music and singing have always been her passions, cultivated since childhood. These passions have now found their way into her teaching. Through the power of sound, voice and vibration, we harmonize ourself with life itself. Finding peace in the purity of sound.
